Mar 7, 2024 1pm BNSF Railway manifest freight trains both meet down the way to my right down the tracks from 1st St pass through the McHenry Avenue railroad crossing on the BNSF Stockton Sub in Escalon, California. The 2nd train was the one I missed in Riverbank while being on the SERA Line but I did get its tail end whike I was filming a BNSF maintainer working on the branch line Patterson Rd crossing new incandescent signal and the tail end train was passing in the background. The 1st train stopped ita nd also an Amtrak beforehand luckily. This crossing hasn't really had any changes since I last filmed it a year and a half ago except the missing crossbuck as I haven't filmed this crossing since its crossbuck went missing a year ago and still missing now. The second train was stopped down at West Escalon sitting waiting for the 1st train and after the 2nd train passed, the crossing didn't raise up after even while the 2nd train wasn't moving and decided to raise up when the 2nd train started moving and reactivated. From the amount of times hearing the dispatcher, this crossing always has some type of issue going on.
