THIS DOENT REPAIR YOUR CAR. YOU STILL NEED TO DO THE WORK. IF ITS AN OIL CHANGE DO THE OIL CHANGE TURN OFF THE LIGHT - OTHERWISE GET A DIAG TOOL IF YOURE INCLINDED OR TAKE IT TO A GARAGE. Please don't think this fixes your car! 1. Park on Level Surface 2. Disengage E-Brake (it won't work if it's on) 3. Press Start button (no feet on pedals) This puts car in accessory mode 4. AT THE SAME TIME press both the gas and break down. 5. HOLD for 30 sec. 6. While still holding PRESS OFF button. --- Don't let your car roll! 7. Start car as normal, your light should be out! Tip: If you're parking, make sure the car is in gear, with E-Brake on. Tag a friend who owns a newer ford. #FordFusion owners reported this working: Car is in Park and I don't bother with the Emergency brake at all. 1) Press both brake and accelerator down before turning on accessory. 2) Turn ignition to accessory only. 3) Soon as the dashboard boots up and displays itself the yellow wrench is gone. I'm not sure if it displays itself for a second and disappears or if it never displays itself at this point. I just noticed it wasn't there. I held both the accelerator and gas down for 40 seconds. 4) turn ignition off and remove both feet from accelerator and brake. 5) Now at this point you should be able to start the car like normal and the yellow wrench will be gone.
