Harpreet Panesar is the Principal CEO of SoilRocks Consulting Inc., where he is directly involved in all aspects of project delivery, day-to-day business operations, and strategic development. With a passion for transportation geotechnique and a commitment to continuous improvement, Harpreet strives to exceed client expectations and deliver innovative solutions. Harpreet brings over two decades of diverse geotechnical expertise to the table. He began his career as a Field Geotechnical Engineer with Bauer Spezialtiefbau GmbH (1999–2001), a globally renowned piling contractor. From 2004 to 2009, he honed his consulting skills as a Geotechnical Engineer with MDH Engineered Solutions. During his tenure as Senior Geotechnical Engineer with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (2009–2022), Harpreet made significant contributions to the field, including leading the development of the Foundation Investigation Manual. His exceptional work was recognized industry-wide, earning him the prestigious 2020 Exceptional Engineering/Geoscience Project Award from APEGS. Today, Harpreet leads SoilRocks Consulting Inc. with the same dedication, bringing innovative and client-focused geotechnical solutions to every project.
