Like a lot of my patients, this patient is healthy and active and takes care of himself. He is in his late sixties. He is concerned about his hair loss which was a Norwood six and he had some issues with, skin cancer. He's a fair skin guy and had a squamous cell carcinoma and he had mohs surgery to address it. As a result he has some scarring that he was self conscious about the scar. Because the patient has relatively fine hair he needed a second procedure and the density is really great. What the patient finds most gratifying is that people look him in the eye rather than look at the top of his bald head. He feels better. He feels it makes him look younger. He's healed beautifully. His skin cancer surgery is pretty well obscured, although we didn't cover it completely from the, with the hair transplant.
