Fear (22:24) signals being at a decision threshold, which Yuen metaphorically calls "crossing the blazing fire." Having a guide during these moments is crucial for mirroring capacity, providing support, and reorienting to prevent getting lost in fear, ultimately leading to increased confidence and self-image. The one key to getting clarity is to "release pressure" (26:39). Yuen's morning habit for alignment is to affirm "I'm safe to receive" (27:36) before checking her phone, as the nervous system's state dictates one's ability to receive abundance, love, and opportunities.
