During the Beta it sucked, but not anymore... Is it OP now? No, but it is very strong. Daredevil and Deadeye are stronger, but they are an S+ tier, super OP. In the case on Antiquary you actually have to play well, but also have some RNG luck with your Artifacts. 2 Important notes: First: I find the "Prolific Plunderer" trait to be very important for the success of the Anitiquary. Being able to use 2 Artifacts in one Swipe cycle is very strong. Especially when you can combo two of them at the same time. Every time when I did not use this trait, I regretted it. Second: Build that I am showing at the end of the video is a little bit light on condi cleanse. If you are fighting some heavy condi pressure, consider using Cleansing Sigil on your dmg weapon set (the first one) and maybe even using Signet of Agility.
