And all those photographs of Instagram influencers and young female coaches in the gym have bodies like that just from working out in the gym. Spoiler: it’s not. In this video, I’m taking you through a no-filter, 6-week fat-loss cut post menopause – exactly what I ate, how I trained, what it required mentally, physically and socially… and whether I actually think it’s worth it. The images you see of coaches are often created by an unrealistic, unhealthy cut - sometimes as low as 600 calories in a day. I'm going to show you a no-hold barred truth of...
