A full analysis of both the physical and arcane aspects of the wicked monsters of the Feywild known as Hags. Hags are malevolent beings that prey on mortals in the Forgotten Realms of the Dungeons and Dragons universe. They have appeared in a multitude of works such as Curse of Strahd with the Hags of Old Bonegrinder, and more recently Auntie Ethel's appearance as a green hag in Baldur's Gate 3. Lore has been sourced from the official wiki as well as other supporting books, games, and media. This information applies to all official DnD 5E subspecies: Annis, Green, and Night Hags, but I have avoided specific stats and abilities as this varies greatly from a game and lore perspective. The story included is of my own creation, I wrote it to give a more personal and narrative experience to an otherwise very scientific lore breakdown.
