This fabric was given to me as a challenge fabric. Our group members each had to make something from this fabric. I chose to make Mug Rugs! These are squares cut 4.5 inches. I loaded backing fabric and laid all my squares on top. Then I basted the squares as I went along. Each Mug Rug is quilted differently. Hearts with loops, lines, echoed swirls, Feather, Daisies, echoed hearts, medallions, peacocks and pebbles. I outlined the kettles. This was a lot of fun! I'm ready to add binding!
