And now for something completely different and that probably we will never see again on Hillclimb Racing, we bring some footage of the Peugeot 3008 DKR Maxi that did some Demo runs on the Montée des Légendes event at Col de la Faucille. As the name implies, this is the Dakar-ready machine of Peugeot Sport. Powered by a 3.0L Twin Turbo Diesel V6 Engine producing 340Hp and a massive 800Nm, this was certainly not the right choice for an asphalt Hilclimb couse with its outrageous ride height and Gravel tires, but it was definitely interesting to watch. With Jean Pascal Besson at the wheel, and not afraid of getting sideways in the process, we were able to see how the car that won the 2017 and 2018 edition of the Dakar Rally copes with a French Hillclimb.
