What tools do you use to stay organized? Thanks for reaching out for this request fellow teachers! This tool REALLY helps when my head spins with a feeling of overwhelm or when I find myself in “robot mode” and all I am doing is work for other people and nothing I personally enjoy. I don’t need it as much anymore, but during really disorganized times in my life (when I started teaching) I did it weekly and it helped immensely. Teachers, be sure to add weekly time slots for rest, play, and also large chunks of time for planning lessons and then preparing for those lessons.
