Workout 12 is done — light push day complete! We're back on the lighter push session: planche lean holds, wall handstand holds, kick-up practice (or chest-to-wall walk-ups), and plank core work. Today was solid — especially on the handstand holds. They felt way stronger and more stable compared to the early sessions. Planche leans are still a work in progress (form getting closer, but not there yet), but the improvement is real and motivating.
