Bayford Meadows SuperPro - Round 6

Another round at Bayford Meadows, this time with boots that don't clash with my race suit! A couple of good performances from me in the first two heats. The first I probably should have won from pole, but having defended for the entire race I made a small mistake on the last lap that allowed the eventual winner past with just half a lap to go and despite some strong side-by-side racing, I wasn't able to get back past. The second heat I claimed the lead as the two leaders clashed and never relinquished it from there. Unfortunately, in the third heat it turned out I had a puncture. I really should have swapped the kart in qualifying after it felt wrong initially, but given you only have three laps (two flying laps, really), swapping karts is quite a risk. Nevertheless, starting from the back in a proper kart would have been preferable to finishing ninth!
