Join us at the 3rd edition of the African Doctoral Academy's Webinar Wednesday. Presenting for us in this edition is ADA Doctoral School (The Productive PhD, Design your academic future) presenter, Prof Sebastian Kernbach. Ms Corina du Toit (ADA Programme Manager) introduces him, and moderation of the questions done by Ms Amalsha Galhenage (ADA Coordinator). His talk is on: Design your home office: Survive, come alive and thrive working from home . We use the innovation method, design thinking, together with positive psychology and behavioral economics to make working from home more productive, increase our well-being and develop our personal portfolio of mental health and resilience. We will learn from an expert in isolation namely an astronaut, an Olympic gold medalist, and from six-year-old Lisa how to survive, come alive and thrive when working from home. This concept has been used with organizations such as the United Nations, Nike and CreativeMornings New York. About our presenter: Prof. Dr. Sebastian Kernbach is an Assistant-Professor at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and a Visiting Fellow at Stanford University.
