IBM Generative AI with IBM Business Automation Demo

In this longer video, we will walk thru using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) to orchestrate a small Pizza shop's order taking process. Additionally, we'll show how IBM Automation Decision Services (ADS) is used for calculating the price for pizzas quickly. From BAW, we will show how IBM's watsonx platform can be used to generate creative pizza types using large-langauge-models (LLM). Furthermore, we'll show this capability from the IBM Case Client component of IBM BAW as well as from the IBM Process Portal component. Then we will show the same process thru the IBM watsonx Assistant virtual agent chatbot. To round out the demo, we will show the same process via IBM watsonx Assistant's voice-automation feature using our mobile phone to place the order.
