In our new video, we manufacture the complete slider for a plastic injection mold. Throughout the continuous process chain, we are supported in CNC programming by #TEBIS (CAD/CAM, templates, simulation) and #MOLDINO (tool and process strategy optimization). On the DMC 80 FD duoBLOCK, equipped with a powerMASTER HSK‑A100 spindle (12,000 rpm, 430 Nm) and cutting-edge tooling such as a highly efficient barrel cutter, we achieve these fine rib structures and other precise geometries needed in Die & Mold manufacturing. The result: highly efficient, time-saving complete machining, followed by quality control using a measuring probe and a MAHR surface measuring device.
