In this video, I travel to Tyre in South Lebanon, a city located close to the border with Israel, to understand what daily life looks like for people living in a region affected by constant political and military tension. Walking through the streets, I saw something very different from what we normally see in the news. Children were playing in the streets with toy guns, some even having temporary tattoos of weapons — a reminder of how conflict becomes part of everyday life for the younger generation. Many buildings and streets had posters of Hezbollah, reflecting the strong political presence in the area. Traveling here was not easy. As a foreign traveler with a camera, many people were suspicious and some even thought I might be a spy. Recording in certain areas was difficult, and the atmosphere often felt tense. Despite this, many locals were welcoming and shared their perspective on what it means to live near a border where the threat of conflict is always present. This video is not about politics — it is about understanding the human side of life in places that are often only seen through the lens of war.
