【DBFZ v1.28】Jiren's j.2S becomes faster!

=========================== A quick and rough look at some of Jiren's combo changes in v1.28. Specifically: (1) His j.2S startup has been reduced. You can connect it after j.H in the air if j.H hits low enough; (2) Holding onto H during j.2H would cause a ground bounce after cinematics. You can cancel the landing into a special move like 236X; (3) Stun time after 214S is longer, allowing 2L to link after in the corner. (4) Recovery after 2H is largely shortened. You can of course still whiff 214M after 2H for follow-up movements.
