Baratza Encore Burr Change (Quick Method)

This is a video to show how to use a 21 mm socket (impact driver or wrench attached) to quickly and easily remove the burr. I did this to replace my M3 burr with an M2 burr. I feel this is a quicker and easier method than taking off the case and disassembling the motor assembly. Things you will need to perform this method: 21 mm socket Impact driver with impact socket adapter (or just a wrench) Note: the wing nut and the burr are reverse threaded so you will need to spin them clockwise to loosen. This is opposite to the adage "lefty loosey, righty tighty"
