My personal advices Listen and Repeat: Use the shadowing technique, trying to imitate the pronunciation, intonation, and rhythm of the voice. Record Yourself: To evaluate your progress, record your voice while this practice and compare it to identify areas for improvement. Take notes: If you don't know some of the words mentioned, write them down and make flashcards. That's a great method to increase your vocabulary. Last but not least: Be gentle to yourself, we’re not focused on speaking perfectly, we're learning to get used to the sounds, pronunciation of words and get used with different accents in English.
