Time Stamps: 00:00 - Starting a New Game and driving the EC/EC2 (Exclusive Color and Exclusive Secondary Color) Light5 Admiral to the Hospital in Vice Point and leaving it in memory 01:45 - Passing Paramedics Level 12 whilst leaving the EC/EC2 Admiral in memory 38:10 - After passing Paramedics, buying a Safehouse to be able to store the EC/EC2 Admiral 38:50 - Showing off the EC/EC2 Admiral This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. While this Method using Paramedics is likely the MOST TIME CONSUMING of all Methods, it's still the BEST Method. If you plan on going to 100% Completion and with all or as many Special Vehicles as you can obtain, then I recommend using Paramedics because it rewards you with Infinite Sprint as well as enough money to not only buy one Safehouse to store the EC/EC2 Admiral, but also enough money to buy ALL the Safehouses on both the East and West Island! Note that there is another Hospital in which you can begin Paramedics from, but I don't recommend using that particular Hospital because it makes the patients spawn in worse locations, making the duration to reach Level 12 take longer. Not to mention, more pedestrians spawn around that area and if you're unlucky, a Thief can steal your EC/EC2 Admiral and drive off with it! If your EC/EC2 Admiral ever vanishes on you in any of these moments, that is LIKELY the cause. Either that, or you didn't leave the EC/EC2 Admiral in memory properly and touched one too many Vehicles along the route. Alternatively (won't work for Mobile because a Fire Truck will never spawn properly) after you start a New Game, you can immediately drive south past the Ocean Beach Hotel Safehouse and near the lighthouse, you will find a Molotov Rampage. Usually by completing this Rampage, a Fire Truck will spawn to put out fires. Leave your EC/EC2 Admiral in the grass somewhere in memory and steal this Fire Truck during the Rampage. After passing the Rampage, complete Firefighter Level 12 all the same as you would Paramedics Level 12 and then go buy a Safehouse and store the EC/EC2 Admiral. Another Method is after starting a New Game to immediately take the EC/EC2 Admiral to the area of "Cone Crazy" Side Mission and pass it VERY SLOWLY, each time beating the previous score to increase your money to buy a Safehouse. This Method might take the shortest, but simply wastes time because "Cone Crazy" is only required to be passed ONCE for 100%. You're not wasting time by completing Paramedics Level 12 or Firefighter Level 12 because those HAVE TO BE DONE for 100% Completion. "Cone Crazy" does NOT have to be done more than once, thus you're wasting time by doing that in the end! At the end of the day, the goal is to keep the EC/EC2 Admiral in memory whilst making enough money to buy a single Safehouse to store it. Even driving it around and collecting Hidden Packages will do and help to gain enough money. You can also complete Pizza Boy Level 10 whilst leaving the EC/EC2 Admiral in memory, too. There is many Methods. Fun Fact - If you're playing on Mobile, all of the Safehouses are HALF the price they normally would be for every other Platform and Version out there for Vice City. Fun Fact 2 - During the opening Cutscene, this EC/EC2 Admiral is actually an AP/EC/EC2 (All Proof, Exclusive Color and Exclusive Secondary Color) Admiral.
