Handstand cannot be learned only through random practice. It requires consistent drilling for at least a month — as said by Brij Mohan, a gymnastics trainer. We met a long time ago when I asked him to shoot a video with me at Gulabi Bagh Park in Delhi. I was truly surprised by his handstand skills and the way he was teaching his students there. Now we have met again through yoga teacher Om. I genuinely appreciate his teaching style — focusing on strengthening the core, shoulders, and legs, mostly through mobility exercises. I really liked the way you train, and the gorilla walks made me feel even more energized. I must say, I felt completely exhausted, but I enjoyed it a lot.
