Raina won 1 WTA Challenge Championship on the ITF Women's Tour, as well as 8 singles titles and 14 doubles. In April 2018, she entered the top 200 singles rankings for the first time, becoming the fifth player to represent India to accomplish this feat. Raina also won gold medals in women's singles and mixed doubles at the 2016 South Asian Games, and won a bronze medal in singles at the 2018 Asian Games. She represented India in the Confederations Cup, Raina's record is 18-14. She defeated Zhu Lin (China) and Yulia Pudintseva (KAZ) in the 2018 Confederations Cup.
