Crossing Greece on Turboprobs! Part 1: Towed off the Runway at Kefalonia...

Join me on this quest to fly from the Northwest of Greece all the way to the Southeast, and all of it on Turboprop aircraft. To kick off this aviation tour, I first flew around the Ionian Islands in the West of Greece, going from Corfu (CFU) to Athens (ATH), stopping at Preveza/Lefkada (PVK), Kefalonia (EFL), and Zakynthos (ZTH) along the way. At Kefalonia Airport, the aircraft had to be towed off the runway due to issues with the brakes. A replacement aircraft had to be flown in from Athens, resulting in a delay of about three hours. The staff managed the situation very well, being informative and communicative. This trip was recorded in November 2024.
