If you don't plan to do any post processing or editing in Lightroom or any other photo editing software, on your photos ever, you may shoot in JPG. If you don't want to do any photo editing right now, but may do it in future than you must use "raw plus jpeg" or "raw plus jpg" to save your files in both the formats.
