Well,here it is....survival mode.You only have 1 life,and you have to survive for as long as possible!Although there is still fruit in this mode,there isn't actually any score,so there is no point in collecting it.This mode also has 2 exclusive enemies.One of them just rapidly shoots about 5 lasers at you.It also takes more than just one hit from sonic pulse to get destroyed,even if normal bullets destroy it in one hit.The other exclusive enemy is actually the homing missile from the PC version of platypus!However,in this game it travels the same way as the red transporter.But that's not an issue.The issue is that they have a lot oh health when you compare them to other enemies!Even rocket spam takes a while to destroy them! Anyways....you should use rockets as much as possible!(although wide shot is good,too).Also,there are weapon pods at the beginning,so make sure to get them!There are lightning stars in this mode,too,though they only appear at the beginning.There are also mines in this mode,and there is even a part where you have to go in the volcanic caves again!In this part,SONIC PULSE is VERY GOOD!Use it as soon as you can!Sure,it might not be able to kill a lot of enemies,but that doesn't even matter,as long as the bullets are getting blocked!
