Here is a step-by-step breakdown of the "oi tsuki" technique in Karate: Start in a stance called "zenkutsu-dachi" which is a front stance with one leg forward and one leg back, with the front knee bent and the back leg straight. These punch have 3 steps. First step karate punch oitsuki - we are in front stance and we don’t move our hands. We just step halfway and breathe in.
