So only one reason where there a probability is happening is when there is oral sex happening and air is blown into the vagina such that there is an instant tear so that the blood vessels gush open and the bleeding happens and a small air bubble can go in and this is one of the rarest of the rare instance if at all it happens. Otherwise there is no risk of air embolism.
