Samsung eco bubble pcb board repair

Repairing a Samsung eco bubble washing machine main control board. I originally bought this washing machine as spares or repair as I wanted the motor to make a wind turbine. The washer was in very good condition, and it seemed a shame to just scrap it for the motor. The wife also decided that she liked the look of it and asked if I could repair it. After re-soldering quite a few dry joints, the drum still would not move at all, so I checked the voltages to the motor control chip which seemed correct. I ordered a replacement chip which was a IKCM15F60GA from ali express, the chips I received were actually faulty. I think they were copies or rejects. I ordered a one from mouser.co.uk which worked perfectly and is still working.
