Under normal gameplay circumstances, you aren't able to achieve every mission task in one playthrough of this mission. However, there is a bug that causes the assassin to spawn even after rescuing the target before their discovery. I made a mistake in the video and only realized it after I rendered it. You have to move 130 meters from the target - not 120 like the text says.
