I use royalty free music from Epidemic Sound in my videos - you can get 7 days free using this link: https://share.epidemicsound.com/ki5bsy ___ 🧚♀️ ELDERFLOWER LEMON FAIRY CAKES RECIPE 🧁✨ Ingredients (makes 12 cakes): 2 cups plain flour ½ cup sugar 2 tsp baking powder Zest of 2 lemons 2 tbsp lemon juice ½ cup melted butter 1 cup oat milk infused with elderflower 2 tbsp soy yoghurt Pinch of salt Edible flowers for garnish Glaze: 1 tbsp lemon juice ¼ cup sugar A few elderflower blossoms Splash of oat milk How to Infuse Oat Milk: Warm 1 cup oat milk gently (do not boil) Add 1–2 elderflower heads (ideally just the blossoms) Cover and steep 10–15 mins, then strain Instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a rimmed baking tray. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Combine wet and dry. Pour batter into tray, spread evenly (about 1–1.5 inches thick). Bake 15–20 mins until golden and springy. Cool fully in the tray. Use cookie cutters to shape into 12 fairy cakes. Glaze and decorate with flowers or mint. ___ 🌿 let's stay in touch!
