Kepler Space Telescope had found thousands of exoplanets in the outer space. These exoplanets are nothing like what we have in our own solar system. Most of them are not habitable. Though, Kepler had successfully found some Earth like exoplanets beyond our solar system. Some planets might even be better than earth to support life. Some exoplanets are really super extreme that life have zero chance to form there. Kepler Space Telescope had searched among millions of stars to find these exoplanets. Transit method is the method used by Kepler space telescope to find new exoplanets orbiting around other stars. Maybe in the future, humans could visit these planets.
