A classical Sarmax coating line with the new patent flow-coating tunnel Airgreen 19 (working section 300 x 900 mm / 12" x 35,5") with mixed technology "brushes and high-speed air blades" for homogeneous (not machined) or pre-machined beams and mass timber elements. The Airgreen Patent System main features are: 1. Entrance fence with electronic positioning managed by touch screen 2. The air blade flow management is designed so that the flow is activated only in the presence of wood passing through the machine. It is possible to set on the control unit a thickness below which the lateral air blades do not activate. This is the classic case of siding/claddings where it is sufficient to use the side blowers to clean the dovetail. This permits to save a large amount of air. Moreover, this system brings a series of very important advantages for processing, maintenance and energy. The main ones are: Reduction of the quantity of impregnating agent needed for the same application, both for the more homogeneous application of the impregnating agent on the surfaces of the piece, and for the significant reduction of encrustations that form inside the machine. Increased processing speed (at least double) in small-sized pieces such as sidings. Lower energy use as a result of the shorter time in which the air blades are active. Lower cleaning and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance times.
