Installing polyurethane engine mount inserts to eliminate some of the engine movement that the stock engine mounts allow. Hopefully improving shift speed and feel as well as just being more connected. My engine mounts were very rusty so its recommended to recondition them and protect them with some new Zinc black paint when doing this. Definitely worthwhile, it has more vibration on idle when you're stopped but once you get going there's no negative effect. The shift feel is far better and quicker.
