Our ASV PT-100 was in desperate need to have the undercarriage repaired / replaced. Some of the idlers and bogies were missing the majority of the rubber on them. We made the decision to go with all aluminum bogie and idler wheels. All of the parts in this video were provided by Track Loader Parts. In this video we finish rebuilding the drive sprocket rollers and hardware then tension the track and attach the drive table.
