Raising our vibration to me means lifting ourselves out of heavy and negative patterns. I’ve personally experienced a lot of this in my life. There were times when I would be so caught up in stress and feel cynical about the world, as though everything was working against me 🌪️ My eating habits were unhealthy, my sleep habits were unhealthy, and my mindset was very unhealthy. All of these factors contributed to me living in a lower vibration. Living this way became a downward spiral, with every negative thought amplifying my "negative" experiences, keeping me locked in a victim mentality 🥀 However, it took conscious effort and bringing positivity into my life ✨ to spark that first change. Positive affirmations worked wonders for me; instead of voicing my negativity, I began expressing everything I loved about my day and my experiences. I changed my diet to include foods that made my body feel good, and I drank lots of water💧—it felt like a cleanse for my soul 💖 I also began incorporating meditation practices 🧘‍♀️ into my daily life as well as listening to beautiful meditation music 🎶 which started a positive chain reaction. I was actively raising my vibration through my conscious, everyday choices. Life can be very difficult, but it can feel much lighter when we take care of ourselves mentally, physically, and spiritually. All it takes is conscious effort, and day by day, things change, patterns shift, and life becomes lighter with time ⏳ I designed this sound bath to assist you on your journey of raising your vibration.
