And in the gap in this photograph we see the monumental Assumption Cathedral. This temple is new, it was built by Moscow architect Alexey Denisov, who participated in the restoration of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. The historical center of Yaroslavl is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Walking through these places is an aesthetic and cultural pleasure. The Eliseevs themselves are from Yaroslavl, and this grocery store is a memory of them. We end the second day of the trip with dinner at the Vanilla Sky restaurant overlooking the Volga.
