"Respiratory Muscle May" continues as we help you train your respiratory muscles to take on your mountain endeavors. Attend this "all levels" breathwork training session with Coach Anthony for 25 minutes on Monday morning. Optional equipment: yoga mat, air resistance device, resistance band for around rib cage. Be prepared to breathe strong, move your body, take assessments of your breathing, and finish with a grounding breathwork exercise.
