I've been fortunate to play so many great guitars and archtops through my career, but finally I've got my own custom signature model! The goal was to make a guitar with a pianolike attack and sustain but still with airy top end. Another important feature to me was it had to be light weight and not too big in size. Fernando is a brilliant guitarmaker and also being an engineer he had a lot of innovative ideas for both the construction and electronics. So after a couple of hundred decisions of all details it is finally here... Ergonomically and sound wise/response it is beyond anything I've played. At least, to me it is the ultimate archtop for a modern (jazz) guitarist!!
