Singapore to Johor Baru by Taxi and Selera Johor Food Court

Today we take a taxi from Singapore at Queen Street to Larkin terminal at Johor Baru. We also take a good look at a nearby food court - Selera Johor and try a lovely meal. The taxi service between Singapore and Johor Baru is a shared taxi between four passengers each paying S$15 one way. If there are not enough passengers, the taxi driver may ask if the remaining passengers want to divide the S$60 amongst themselves. For example, if there are 3 passengers, S$20 will be asked. It's up to the passengers to agree. The journey is only between the two points, Queen Street in Singapore and Larkin in Johor Bahru. If passengers want other destinations, they have to hire the whole taxi and negotiate a price. For example if coming from Singapore you wish to go to one of the shopping centres you have to take a Malaysian taxi and make a deal. The taxi service is a 24 hour service and the best time to take a taxi with the least traffic jam is, according to one taxi driver, when there is no sun.
