Algo & Complexity 08 - Longest Palindrome (Second Solution)

Still working on "The Longest Palindromic Substring" problem. In this video we look at a solution with lower complexity than the empiric one. We rely on the "Expand Around Center" technique. We iterate through each character in the string, treating it as a potential center for a palindrome. We then expand outward from that center, comparing characters on either side. This process continues until the palindrome can no longer be extended, and we move on to the next character as a potential center.
