This distinctive railway station is divided into two parts, with one part located within a rail tunnel and the other part situated above a railway bridge. Nestled amidst the Himalayan mountains, this railway station is located in the Reasi district, connecting Katra to Banihal. The Reasi Railway Station boasts two platforms, and the station building has already been completed. Essential equipment and facilities have been installed at the station. The final phase of work involves the installation of a Ballastless Track at the station. The construction of the Reasi Railway Station posed unique challenges to Indian Railways.
