Drummer Dave Weckl, a legend in the fusion genre, rose to prominence with the Chick Corea Elektric Band and has maintained a prolific career as a bandleader and sought-after session musician. His precise, dynamic playing has influenced generations of drummers, cementing his reputation as one of the finest percussionists in modern jazz.
