With no real plan beyond “let’s go and check for slippage,” I somehow ended up on a full and rather energetic walk. In fact, I tackled my familiar ‘Up & Over The Top’ route, but in reverse! After walking the entire length of the seawall, I headed up Smugglers Lane, past the secret orchard, and climbed up through Holcombe Dip before finally reaching the downhill stretch through Mules Park and making my way home. Quite the workout today - definitely got the steps in! Along the way there’s old photos to enjoy and, of course, a visit to Rufus. Not bad for a day that started with no real plan at all...
