Shredding Rayne - Brightside - The Right Way to Review Longboards

www.shredboise.com - Last winter I ordered more than a half dozen different decks from Rayne and I've been skating them all year. I decided to really see what Rayne was made of and shred one of their longboard decks in every way imaginable. I worked on this for months to get all the shots I wanted for it. Let me know what you think of this little narcissistic diddy. This is how I think longboard reviews should really be... not just some guy standing around in a room holding an un-skated deck but some old dude bashing the heck out of a plank, for a few months: For this Task I chose the Rayne Brightside Twin which I have put through intense shredding for months. The verdict of my review is that the Brightside twin is one of the best made longboards I have ever ridden. It takes beatings that most other boards would splinter and cry about. I love the symmetrical aspect of it and I love the concave, 3 stage rocker, and 3D wheel wells. Truly a fun deck for freeride and freestyle Longboarding. I set it up with Vicious Grip Tape with Jessup on the tips so that I could grab the deck without shredding my fingers for some of the tricks I like to do. I rode Atlas Trucks with a Venom 93 barrel boardside and Divine 90a cone bushing and flat washer road side. Free Quincy Wheels for slidey slides on Idaho roads, Next I want to try an Otherside Twin if Rayne can still get me one. I hope they produce more twin models as these symmetric decks are great rides. I feel an Otherside Twin would be the perfect freeride deck for me with it's larger wheelbase and stance. Music: Ellis - Migraine (feat.
