Jeep Commander Blackhawk bets on new engine and space for large families

The 2025 Jeep Commander Blackhawk features a new super sports engine and plenty of space for large families! The Commander is a homegrown product. It was the first Jeep developed outside the US. The result of national engineering, based on the Compass, it quickly gained public acceptance and is now the best-selling 7-seater SUV in Brazil. More than 60,000 units have been circulating on Brazilian streets since its launch in 2021. The 2025 line arrived in March with a new Hurricane 2.0 turbo gasoline engine, level 2 semi-autonomous driving technologies in all versions and a 5-year warranty. It is the same 2.0 turbo with 272 hp and 40.8 kgfm of torque found in the Compass and Rampage, with a 9-speed automatic transmission and 4x4 traction. The Blackhawk version is also new to the range. It occupies the top position in the line, reinforcing the comfort and safety features of the Large SUV, with an exclusive look and ample interior space. With the new engine option, the 7-seater SUV has the performance of a sports car. It has safety features such as centering the car in the marked lane with speed control, blind spot warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, traffic sign recognition, automatic high beams, rear cross-traffic detection and parking assistant. Inside, the Commander Blackhawk is completely dark: ceiling, pillars and door linings. The huge panoramic electric sunroof completes the set. The front seats have electric adjustments, in addition to having memory, especially useful in cars shared by different drivers. The Jeep also offers multimedia on a 10.1” Full HD screen with on-board navigation as standard and also has the Jeep Active Drive Low function and 3 terrain selector options: Auto, Snow and Sand/Mud.
