Entropia Universe: New Treasure Island Shares Now Tradeable; Prices Plummeting! Sorry About The Echo

NTI was first offered a few months back with a black out period for initial investors. As of last Tuesday the weekly update made NTI tradable on the Entropia Exchange. While we did see initial demand and an almost 50% price premium over the initial offer price demand has since fallen as has the price of the shares. Because NTI sold out so quickly with a massive chunk of the float being bought by 2 players there are a lot of players who want to own NTI that never had the chance. Even if they only want 1 share to simply track the weekly payouts these players were left out several months back. This did create a bottle neck of demand that led to the price pop and initial sell off. However this was an extremely week demand bottle neck with many players simply wanting 1 share. We have seen a steady decline in both demand and price. As we have said from the beginning this was a dead land area for almost a decade with no real reason to be profitable. The opposite of Crystal Palace. It is telling that 2 players bought such a large chunk so quickly and that MA then put rare mobs on the land when they said they "might". It's still odd that MA is so vague about the payouts and revenue generation and revenue splitting for the land area. We will keep an eye on NTI shares in the coming weeks and will watch for new developments from MA.
