深圳地王大厦，位于广东省深圳市罗湖区，又称信兴广场深圳地王商业大厦，建筑方案由美国华人建筑设计师张国言设计，是一座集办公、商业于一体的超高层综合性建筑组群，是中国20世纪90年代初的重点工程。大厦于1996年3月竣工，是深圳特区20世纪90年代中期耸立起来的一座重要标志性建筑，也是当时中国最高的建筑物。 “地王”之名，来源于其得天独厚的地理位置：该地段处于深圳深南东路、宝安南路与解放中路交汇的黄金三角地带，被地产界誉为投资的地中之王 。1992年，深圳市政府向国内外企业公开拍卖，香港一家公司以1.4亿多美元的高价一举中标，创下了当时深圳的地价之王 ，地王商业大厦由此而得名。深圳地王大厦高69层，总高度383.95米，实高324.8米，主题性观光项目“深港之窗”，坐落在地王大厦顶层，是亚洲第一个高层主题性观光游览项目。在此可以俯览深圳市容，远眺香港市容。票价80元 Shenzhen Diwang Building, located in Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, is also known as Shun Hing Plaza Shenzhen Diwang Commercial Building. The architectural plan is designed by American Chinese architect Zhang Guoyan. It is a super high-rise comprehensive building group integrating office and business. Group is a key project in China in the early 1990s. Completed in March 1996, the building was an important landmark building erected in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in the mid-1990s, and it was also the tallest building in China at that time. The name "Land King" comes from its unique geographical location: the lot is located in the golden triangle where Shennan East Road, Bao'an South Road and Jiefang Middle Road meet in Shenzhen, and is hailed as the king of land for investment by the real estate industry. In 1992, the Shenzhen Municipal Government held a public auction for domestic and foreign companies, and a Hong Kong company won the bid at a high price of more than 140 million US dollars, setting a record as the king of land prices in Shenzhen at that time, hence the name Diwang Commercial Building. Shenzhen Diwang Building is 69 floors high, with a total height of 383.95 meters and a real height of 324.8 meters. The theme sightseeing project "Window of Shenzhen and Hong Kong" is located on the top floor of Diwang Building. It is the first high-rise theme sightseeing project in Asia.
