Gibb River Road Part 3, MITCHELL FALLS and KING EDWARD RIVER

In this episode we arrive at Drysdale station after driving the 60 klm rugged, brutal, teeth chattering section from the Kalumburu turnoff. After a few days enjoying the bar and a few luxuries like a small grocery shop we leave our van there and head off to Mitchell Falls. Stopping overnight at King Edward River where we set up the roof top tent for the night. The following morning we drive the worst part of the road to arrive at Mitchell Falls by lunchtime. We set up the rooftop tent again and settle in for the night around the camo fire. The following morning we hike into the falls passing through Little Mertens and Big Mertens until we arrived at the breathtaking Mitchell Falls. They would have to be the most beautiful falls we have ever seen. Absolutely breathtaking!!!! We take the one way helicopter ride back to camp to enjoy a different angle of the amazing beauty of these falls. We hope you are enjoying our videos!!
