As a relatively new healer, this run was a massive test of cooldown management, positioning, and split-second reactions. We actually started with an Ara-Kara +18, but after a rough start and a "lust pull" gone wrong, we transitioned into Floodgate. This dungeon is incredibly punishing on a +18—especially the swamp boss and the heavy rot damage in the final hallway. I break down how I handled the Light of Dawn changes and the importance of rotating major cooldowns like Aura Mastery and Lay on Hands rather than holding them for "emergencies." I also discuss a critical gear dilemma: stick with high item-level Myth-track gear or swap to the new Hero-track drops.
